At Obison Coffee Roasters, we are committed to ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your coffee, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, even if the product is opened, we will accept returns. Whether it’s a taste preference or any other reason, we want you to love your coffee.
Eligibility for a Return:
- We accept returns on both opened and unopened bags of coffee.
- We ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: Please reach out to us at Contact@ObisonCoffeeRoasters.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Provide Information: Include your order number, the product you're returning, and a brief description of why you're not satisfied.
- Return Shipping: We will provide a return shipping address for you. While you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, we offer you a full refund or store credit once the return is processed.
- Processing Your Return: Once we receive the returned item and it meets our policy criteria, we will promptly issue your refund or provide store credit as per your preference.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your return is approved, we will process your refund via your original payment method or issue you a store credit if you prefer. Refunds may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please let us know within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or exchange for the item at no extra cost to you.
Exceptions
While we want you to be completely satisfied, please note that we cannot accept returns on brewed coffee or other opened consumable items outside of our satisfaction guarantee.
