Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Obison Coffee Roasters, we are committed to ensuring that your freshly roasted coffee arrives at your doorstep in a timely and secure manner. Below are the details regarding our shipping and delivery procedures.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) within 1-2 business days after receiving your Order.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your coffee’s journey to you.

Shipping Methods

  • We offer several Shipping Australia wide, or alternatively we have Local Pick Up
  • Shipping rates are a Fixed Price depending on the selected shipping method. You can view the estimated shipping cost at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes between 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes between 1-3 business days.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship Australia wide. If you're located outside our regular shipping area, please contact us to discuss custom shipping arrangements.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website.

Local Pickup

  • If you are in the Busselton or Mandurah Area, we offer local pickup for your convenience. You can select this option at checkout and arrange a time to pick up your order at our location.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or if you believe it was lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are satisfied with your order.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee beans once they have been shipped. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
